Legal Notes and General Contract Conditions
1. Object and scope of the contract.
1.1. These General Contract Conditions regulate the relationship between Unplug b&b and the Customer with regard to the provision of the accommodation services chosen by the Customer in the booking proposal made among those offered by the Structure, which can be viewed on the website.
1.2. The request for the provision of Services can be made by the Customer by forwarding the Booking proposal to Unplug b&b by: sending an email to the email inbox, by telephone, in verbal form, by contacting the number +39 3762252154; through the online booking procedure on the site.
1.3. The contract is considered concluded when the customer formulates the booking proposal according to the methods set out in point 1.2. and brings it to the attention of Unplug b&b. The actual conclusion is always subject to the availability of the Service. This confirmation is provided by Unplugbnb upon receipt of the proposal or immediately thereafter.
1.4. If the activation of the Services cannot take place due to impediments not attributable to Unplug b&b, the contract will be considered automatically terminated, without this entailing any type of liability on the part of Unplug b&b towards the Customer.
2. Activation and provision of the Service.
2.1. Upon activation of the Service, Unplug b&b guarantees the Customer: - the enjoyment of furnished housing units (i.e. the "Rooms"), in the number and type defined in the Proposal. - internet connection, weekly cleaning and linen change, and every service required by current regional law.
2.2. Unplug b&b will deliver any other accessory equipment to the Customer on loan for use for the complete use of the chosen Services (keys, cards, etc.).
2.3. The Customer must use the Rooms, common areas and equipment in such a way as not to disturb the normal performance of the Service and of third parties staying in the Unplug b&b facilities. The Customer will be responsible exclusively for any direct damage resulting from the violation of this obligation, holding Unplug b&b harmless from any consequence, cost or burden.
2.4. The customer will keep Unplug b&b unharmed from any prejudice, damage, liability, expense, including legal, suffered or incurred by Unplug b&b, and will also indemnify it from any action, reason, claim made by third parties against it which may find cause or reason in behaviors and/or omissions which are in any case attributable to the Customer himself or are in any case a consequence of non-compliance and/or violation of the precepts set out in these General Conditions.
3. Booking and payment.
3.1. In case of future reservations, Unplug b&b requires the customer to immediately pay a 30% deposit calculated on the entire amount of the reservation and the balance due one week before the first day of arrival and overnight stay.
3.2. Failure to pay the amount due within the terms indicated above will result in the cancellation of the reservation, without the need for any communication from Unplug b&b.
3.3. Cancellation policy.
Payment details.
It is possible to pay by credit card, or bank transfer by booking on the web site, or cash at the facility.
In case of booking, a deposit equal to the amount of 30% is required.
4. Duration of the Contract, terminations and penalties.
4.1 The Contract is valid and effective from the date of conclusion of the Contract itself and ceases if both of the following conditions are respected: - the Customer and third parties connected to him, or employees of the same, have definitively left the virtual reality housing structure; the Customer has paid the entire amount due to Unplug b&b.
4.2 Check-in must take place between 2.30 pm and 11.00 pm, it is not possible to use the entire structure before this time. Any arrivals outside of hours must be agreed in advance with Unplug b&b. Failure to give notice could cause problems not due to Unplug b&b. Check-in will be carried out personally, with the obligation to verify documents by the Unplug b&b employee. Check-out must take place strictly no later than 10.30 am, otherwise an additional night will be charged.
4.3 The Customer has the right to cancel the booking and terminate the contract within the times indicated in point 3.1. There will be no refund for guests who leave Unplug b&b early, whatever the cause.
5. Protection of privacy.
5.1. The Customer is informed, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, that the processing of personal data provided to Unplug b&b is necessary in order to allow the B&B directly or through third parties to fulfill the obligations arising by this contract or for the fulfillment of obligations established by law or regulations.
5.2. The data controller is Unplug b&b.
6. Documents.
6.1. Upon arrival at Unplug b&b, valid identity documents (passport, identity card) necessary for the registrations required by current legislation must be delivered. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of virtual reality. The data of our guests are processed according to current privacy legislation.
7. Responsibilities of Unplug b&b.
7.1. The B&B will be responsible for failure to fulfill the contract and the provision of the Service exclusively for reasons attributable to it.
7.2. If upon arrival the customer finds a Service different from the one agreed upon but accepts it anyway, he/she automatically loses any claim for compensation and the new Service replaces, by agreement of the parties, the one previously agreed upon.
8. Limits of liability.
8.1. Unplug b&b will not be responsible in the event of delays, inconveniences, malfunctions and/or interruptions of the Service due to: - unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure; - tampering or interventions on the service or equipment carried out by the Customer or by third parties not authorized by Unplug b&b; - damage or inconvenience caused by the total or partial interruption of the electricity or water supply; - Unplug b&b will not be responsible for valuable objects owned by customers and brought into the structure.
9. Management recommends:
9.1. Silence. From 11.00 pm to 7.00 am total silence must be observed and always in common areas such as condominium stairs. In any case, behavior must be maintained which at no time of the day and in any way jeopardizes the tranquility of others.
9.2. Other guests. It is strictly forbidden to introduce other people into the room, onto the terrace and into any area of the Unplug b&b without the manager's authorization, under penalty of €250.00. The customer will not be able to sublease or loan the room, in whole or in part, under penalty of termination of the booking fee and a penalty of €250.00.
9.3. Breakfast. Unplug will leave a coffee machine with basic baked goods available to guests in each room and in the common room.
9.4. Smoking/Weapons/Drugs. It is strictly forbidden to bring in weapons, drugs and other things. Immediate termination of the contract. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. You can smoke freely on the terrace, strictly using the ashtrays present there.
9.5. Personal objects. It is not permitted to leave objects of any kind in the corridors and common areas. Unplug b&b is not responsible for personal items left unattended. NB we do not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items of your property left unattended in the premises.
9.6. Pets. It is strictly forbidden to introduce animals of any kind or size into Unplug b&b.
9.7. Sense of modesty. It is strictly forbidden to wander around the Unplug b&b wearing clothing that could offend the modesty of others. In any case, the Customer is prohibited from carrying out acts and behaving in a way that disturbs the other inhabitants of the building.
9.8. Toilet. We recommend correct and civil use of the toilets, not throwing anything into the toilet (use the appropriate bins).
